Why yoga for musicians?
I understand the unique challenges musicians face – from performance anxiety and mindset hurdles to perfectionism and self-doubt. I'm here to help you overcome these barriers and thrive in your career.
With extensive training in Vinyasa and Yin yoga, I utilize meditation, breath work, and mindset techniques to support musicians' overall health. My approach aims to enhance your well-being, boost your confidence, and help you achieve your full potential as a musician.

Each workshop is custom tailored to meet the needs of participants.
Choose from a range of options, including a more structured lecture style where participants do exercises seated or standing in everyday clothing, to a full-length yoga class using a mat. I will also teach breathing exercises and meditation techniques to help ease nerves and improve focus and concentration during practice sessions and performances.
Workshops are accessible for all levels, from beginners to advanced, as I offer varying modifications for different levels.
